interest作为“兴趣，爱好”时，既可以做可数名词，也可以做不可数名词。
1.在have/show/feel/take (an) interest in...结构中，是不可数名词，只有单数形式。其中的an 只是一种习惯用法，并可省去。并不代表interest是可数名词。英语中类似的短语还有：have a good time,have a good understanding of sth.等等。
